Campaign types

 

Appointment Confirmation For contacting customers to confirm their appointment.
Appointment for Tomorrow Confirmation For contacting customers to confirm their appointment for the next day.
Missed / No Show Appointment Targets customers who missed their scheduled appointment. The campaign intent is to reschedule the appointment.
Customer Retention Targets customers who have not been in for service for an extended period of time.
Overdue for Service Targets customers overdue for a service appointment but who have not scheduled one.
Service Type Targets customers who have been in for service within a specified period and either have or have not had a service completed.
First Service Campaign Targets customers who have recently purchased a new vehicle in order to arrange their first visit appointment. They must have no appointment currently booked and have not yet had a scheduled maintenance visit. However, if the customer has already had a service visit within the past year and the odometer reading was less than 3,500, the visit is not considered a scheduled maintenance visit and is disregarded.
Import Call List Lists of customers can be imported directly into Customer Connect for use in a campaign. For example, this could be a list of customers who recently purchased a new vehicle.
Deferred MPI Recommendations Targets customers who have explicitly declined recommendations made at a previous service appointments.
Declined Services Targets customers who have declined factory scheduled maintenance during a previous visit within the last year.
Recall Targets customers with an open recall on their vehicle as per the latest refresh of recall information from the dealership's recall data source if integration is enabled .
Delivered Vehicle Followup Targets customers with a service marked delivered.
Inbound Call List Used for logging inbound calls not associated with an active campaign so that the information can be seen when working with the customer in the future. It is pre-configured for the dealership as a phone campaign but no tasks are generated and it cannot be updated.
Sales Targets existing dealership customers for the purpose of sales. A campaign could be created, for example, to contact customers with older vehicles who might be interested in upgrading.
Vehicle Health Check Targets customers with Stellantis-connected vehicles that have a VHR flag. The VHR file is imported daily to create the campaign tasks. If a vehicle has more than one warning, only one campaign task is created for the customer/vehicle.
